This is video called How To Do Tricep Extensions.
This is a great exercise to push you hard and harder each time you do it, with the correct weight for your body
it makes you feel the burn.
Its an exercise that you do with the weight machine, witch you can pick up at a good price on ebay or other websites if not go to your local gym to use it.
what you do is, put your hands a shoulder width apart on the pole NOT at the end of the pole or the middle and lock you elbows in, and slowly bring the machine down then slowly back up using your Tricep muscle's and not your body weight.
